There are a number of different options to get from New Chitose Airport or Sapporo City to Niseko, and depending on your budge or flight schedule, we can book the right service for you. Below is information on the following transfer options, with their pricing and schedule information:

Please note that it is best to have some flexibility with departure times to allow for delays that often occur due to heavy snow. Private Door-to-Door Transfers
This comfortable, convenient and private service is great for families and groups. Matching your flight schedule, your driver will meet you at your arrivals gate and bring you directly to the door of your chalet. The trip whole journey takes roughly 2.5 hours. All buses are equipped with free wifi.

Scheduled Door-to-Door Transfer
This comfortable door-to-door transfer is shared with other passengers, departing at scheduled times from New Chitose Airport and Sapporo City. The staff will meet you at the arrivals gate and take you to your coach to await departure before being brought to the door of your chalet.
The journey from Chitose airport takes roughly 2.5 hours. The coach may stop in Hirafu to drop off other guests, before arriving at Country Resort.
Winter 2010-2011 Prices and Timetable

Child (under 6) one-way: ¥4,000, return: ¥7,000

Standard Coach
This is a regular, comfortable and economical coach service running between New Chitose Airport and Niseko. In the Domestic Terminal you can find the Resort Liner Transfer Desk in the middle of the arrivals hall at the ‘Domestic Tours Desk’, or in the International Terminal at the Curb-Side Lobby.
The Resort Liner will arrive at the Hirafu Welcome Centre (Car Park No. 1) where one of our concierge will be waiting to meet you and bring you to your chalet for check in. The journey from Chitose Airport to Hirafu takes roughly 2.5 hours, with a brief rest stop en route.

Adult one-way: ¥2,500, return: ¥5,000
Child (3-11 years old) one-way: ¥1,500, return: ¥3,000
Infants under 3 travel free if sitting on parent’s lap.

Toyota Car Rental

Renting your own car gives you much greater freedom and flexibility to explore the Niseko region at your own pace, however driving during heavy snowfall and winter conditions can be dangerous and is only recommended for the most seasoned winter drivers.
The Toyota Desk in the Domestic Terminal is located in front of the Arrivals Gate B, or at the Curb-Side Lobby in the International Terminal. Once you have registered with Toyota (and shown your Drivers License and International Drivers Permit) the Toyota staff will take you to the collection depot outside of the airport on their complimentary shuttle bus.
When returning your car please go to the collection depot and not the airport terminal. Once you have returned the car the Toyota staff will again provide a shuttle bus to the terminal. We recommend that you return your car at least 1.5 hours before your scheduled flight departure.

Train
An economical and scenic option, the train journey from New Chitose Airport to Hirafu takes approximately 3 hours. There are a number of stations near The Chalets at Country Resort, the closest is HIRAFU station, however there are more frequent services finishing at KUTCHAN station. When you arrive at the airport, make your way to the station underneath the terminal building and purchase your ticket (to either Kutchan or Hirafu). You will need to change trains once at OTARU, carrying your bags a short distance to the platform for the train to Kutchan. Once you know your arrival station and time, please contact us and one of our concierge will meet you at the station and bring to your chalet. We are unable to book this service on your behalf.
