Our concierge will welcome you to Country Resort, and personally check you in at your chalet, making sure you are comfortably settled in and ready to enjoy your holiday. We will be more than happy to answer any questions or provide extra information about the local area and activities throughout your stay. Some of the special services we offer include:

Ski Shuttle
Sick of carrying your skis and the kid’s? Our complimentary Ski Shuttle brings the ski slopes to your front door. Looping through Country Resort picking up guests then stopping at the main lifts in Hirafu Village regularly throughout the day our Ski Shuttle is easy and convenient. The Shuttle runs into the evening as well so heading back into the village for dinner is just as easy.

Grocery Supply Orders
Wouldn’t you rather be on the slopes than in the supermarket? Pre-order your grocery supplies and we will stock them into your chalet ready for your arrival, so you can take advantage of your fully equipped kitchen straight away. Simply fill out our grocery order form [link to grocery order form xls] and send it to us at least 3 days before your arrival and we’ll take care of the rest.

Babysitting
In chalet child minders can be arranged to look after your children whilst you hit the slopes, go for dinner or simply relax. During peak seasons we recommend booking in advance. Prices from ¥1,500 per hour.

Restaurant Reservations and In-Chalet Dining
Hokkaido is famous throughout Japan for is delicious, fresh produce and Niseko is famous for its blend of Japanese and international influences. Together this has produced an array of great restaurants with fine food and world class service. Our concierge are happy to give you the local tips on what we think are the best places to eat in town, from international fine dining degustations and old world wines, through to Japanese ramen noodles and yakitori (skewers).
If you don’t feel like leaving your chalet, we can bring the food to you, with fantastic in-chalet dining options from The Country Grill and Niseko Gourmet. Have a platter of fresh local meat a vegetables delivered to you for a traditional Japanese shabu-shabu (hotpot) dinner, or turn your kitchen into a private restaurant with your own chef and host catering just you, your friends and family.

Many restaurants have cancellation policies and charges which you will be made aware of when your reservation in confirmed. Advanced reservations are highly recommended during peak periods such as Christmas and Chinese New Year.

In Chalet Massage
After a tough day on the slopes what better way to relax than with a massage in the comfort of your own luxury chalet. Let our qualified massage therapists ease away the aches and pains and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for another great day in the mountains.
Just call us at reception or ask one of our concierge to book any of the following treatments and the therapist will come to you.
All body shiatsu massage – 40 mins: ¥4,800
- 60 mins: ¥7,000
All body oil massage – 40 mins: ¥6,700
- 60 mins: ¥8,300
Foot massage – 20 mins: ¥2,800
Head massage – 20 mins: ¥3,000

Onsen Trips
Niseko abounds in natural onsen, hot spring baths, and they are a great way to relax and revive your cold sore body after a day on the hill. To give you a chance to visit some of the more out of the way onsen, we run regular evening onsen trips throughout the winter. Prices include onsen entrance, towel set rental and transfers.
Adults: ¥2,000
Children under 12: ¥1,200
Minimum 2 people. Places are limited and advanced bookings are essential.
